Meet the team

Ann Garrett

Ann is the proud Owner and Director of Career Catalysts of Central Alberta.


She brings 10 years of expertise in career development and human resources to all she does, as well as her knowledge of and connections to the local labour market. Her background is in Recreation Leadership and Kinesiology, and she is completing her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. 


She is a current member of the Career Development Association of Alberta, as well as the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers and the Human Resources Institute of Alberta.


Ann is an avid volunteer who loves to spend time outdoors and has a love for the West coast. Her passion consists of inspiring people to pursue their dreams and aspirations. 




Linda Healing

Linda is a professional Counsellor certified through the Canadian Psychotherapy and Counselling Association.


With a Master of Counselling degree and a Business Administration Certificate, Linda has over 30 years of experience in corporate human relations, municipal government, numerous community agencies and the private sector.


She brings a breadth of experience in working with all ages. Linda is skilled at identifying and capitalizing on the passions, goals and strengths of her clients.   



Suzanne Rosebrugh

Suzanne is a clinical social worker with 30 years of experience in counselling, supervising, managing and teaching. 


She has experience in working with individuals, couples, families and groups dealing with a broad range of issues including mental health, identity development, relationships, life transitions and career counselling. Her goal is to help people find out what they want and what they need to make it happen.

Passionate in her beliefs that people have their own answers and that her role is to help them find them, she works with care and enthusiasm encouraging people to be curious and to see career planning as an adventure. Her deepest pleasure comes from seeing people discover a clearer sense of who they are as they begin to chart their personal education and career path.
