Ann Garrett
Ann is the proud Owner and Director of Career Catalysts Inc.
She brings over 15 years of expertise in Career Development and Human Resources to all she does, as well as her knowledge of and connections to the local labour market. Her background is in Recreation Leadership and Kinesiology, and she is completing her Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
She is a current member of the CDAA (Career Development Association of Alberta), as well as a Program Director on the CACEE (Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers) National Board and CACEE Canada West Board member.
Ann is an avid volunteer who loves to spend time outdoors and has a love for the West coast. Her passion consists of inspiring people to pursue their dreams and aspirations.
Joseph Fittes
Joseph was an Academic Advisor extraordinaire at Red Deer Polytechnic and we are thrilled to have him working with us to help our clients navigate the post-secondary world - from High School students, current Post-Secondary students, Master's student candidates and anyone considering going to Post-Secondary (i.e. applying, what to expect after you apply, preparing to register and any other questions).
Joseph has 16 years of post-secondary experience, including more than 10 years as an Academic Advisor, working with learners of all ages and backgrounds to help guide them from the start of their post-secondary experience, through to graduation. Joseph also holds Masters of Arts in Higher Education and Leadership, and is a huge believer and advocate for the value a post-secondary education can give to a Learner, regardless if they are interested in a short or long-term program.
Doreen Belliveau
Doreen is a Marketing and Communications professional with 30+ years experience. Her background includes the Broadcast industry, Beauty Industry Franchising/Retail, Hardware industry, Education - Work Integrated Learning programs), Multi-Media Design small business, Owner of One Degree More Consulting and is also now a Children's book author.

Doreen has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and professionals become they best they can be. Her creative style is punctuated by relationship building and mentorship. She is action-oriented and believes in the power of pursuing your goals.
