A beautiful partnership

I am thrilled to share something new and exciting! This week kicked off our first session for the Career, Connection and Community Drop-In program at Dress For Success. 

Career Catalysts and Dress for Success share the same mission and heart for empowering women. We both believe in creating opportunities, building confidence, and helping women thrive.

As someone who’s seen first-hand how transformative confidence and career support can be for women, this work is deeply personal to me. I’ve witnessed incredible women rediscover their worth, strengths, rebuild their confidence, and step into new opportunities. 

At Career Catalysts, we’re passionate about helping women build confidence, discover their worth, strengths, and take the next step in their careers. Our mission is simple: to empower women to find meaningful employment and create lasting change in their lives.  

Job searching can be hard especially when it feels like you’re doing it on your own. Navigating career transition can be challenging.

Yesterday in our first session we met with ladies who were new to the area, in career transition and were looking for ideas. We offered resume tips, career and employment planning strategies, plus job search and networking tips. In our sessions we will also be able to discuss education, micro credentialing and for those new to Canada, how to get your education assessed in Canada.
